Wyldecrest Parks Statements Of Accounts Requests
Regular readers of our Facebook pages will know that the doors are now open to request accounts balances and if not as expected, Statements of Accounts.
We`ve provided the template letters that can be used or adapted below
( see our recent post: STRONG ADVICE FOR ALL WYLDECREST RESIDENTS )
This followed the test case brought by the undersigned that secured the Tribunal decision that resulted in an order that they are to be provided. As a result, one might have expected them to instruct their accounts staff to provide them within the 28 days stipulated by the Order.
BUT NOT SO: Instead, Best & Sunderland have jointly filed an Application with the Tribunal asking for the order to be stayed until such time ( their words) as they have exhausted the appeal procedures.
So, Why should they want to delay the supply and then appeal ? After all, running off a Statement of Account should mean pressing a couple of keys and placing what is printed into an envelope or simply emailing it. Why go to such lengths in evasions ?
Of course, their application has been opposed and the Tribunal will make whatever decision it makes – but where to-date they`ve seemingly refused all request from residents who asked for them, the application appears to show a desperation to evade accounting for their invoices and charges.
We say again. If you are a Wyldecrest resident, you may need one. No-one can be certain that Wyldecrest`s own records are the same as their own - And no-one can be sure whether or not their account records monies as debts you may not owe and know nothing about. We can speculate as to the reasons for the avoidance`s – but that is not enough. The message is therefore repeated >
IF YOU ARE A WYLDECREST RESIDENT –
