Actually, they did it all by themselves. Those including the self-acclaimed Romany gypsy squillionaire Alfie Best and the obvious cartel of rogue and criminal operators who invaded the market -seemingly now finding the golden goose to be hardly laying.

Enter the 2021 formed PH&HPA, Company number 00713398 (not to be confused with the BH&HPA as may be hoped), who says on its glossy website “…Will always: Stand with homeowners. Acknowledge emotional harm without amplifying rage. Separate lived experience from verified facts. Distinguish poor practices from good operators. Investigate issues before taking public positions. Speaking for change.” “We”, it says, “are the main bodies representing UK park operators, owners, and suppliers providing industry support, legal guidance, and advocacy for residential and holiday park standards. Supporting residents’ rights, while acting as an advocacy body for the industry.”

PROBLEM IS: It’s fronted by a Bradley Chapman, mentored over a 2-year period by the residential park home fraudster, none other than , erm……. Alfie Best. And now, yet another £ making scheme - membership, including a complimentary 52-week directory listing with a standard listing priced at £260 of advertising within the £97 annual membership at no additional cost.

And here’s what they tell site owners:
